Ouch!

Just pre-paid for my books on-line, and boy did it hurt- $1,100 dollars worth of hurt. I might be getting some of that back though, which would be very nice. The way it works is that the school knows it won't cost more than that, so they charge the maximum amount at first, and then the actual amount when they get all of the books in. And they're sneaky too. I went online to see if I could find a book list, so I could buy on my own- no dice. But at least this way I'll have everything I need, and not have to worry about it.

Saw "The Dark Knight" yesterday, and I'm withholding final judgement until I see it again. Part of this is due to the fact that I'm not sure how much of the movie I actually saw. I saw it in I-MAX, but was sitting in the second row, off to the side- it took a lot of shifting and scrunching to find a position that was both comfortable, and that I could somewhat see the screen.

Also took an archery class yesterday evening, which was a lot of fun. Hit a dead on bulls-eye once, and had nice tight groupings the rest of the time- I'll be there next week for sure.
